As a dedicated Physician Associate specializing in endocrinology, Vanessa Bonitto PA-C is committed to providing exceptional care. Graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s in psychology, she furthered her education by earning a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University in 2022. During her clinical training, she pursued all electives in endocrinology at Martin Medical Center, where she developed a profound appreciation for the intricacies of the field. Post-graduation, she had the privilege of undergoing extensive training under the mentorship of Dr. Martin, refining her skills and knowledge in endocrinology. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she strives to ensure effective communication and personalized care for all patients. Outside of work, she cherishes spending quality time with family, enriching her life beyond the realm of medicine.
Kelly Marzouka-Fernandez was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and is of Haitian-Lebanese descent. She is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Creole. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the International Baccalaureate program at Coral Reef Senior High school in 2007 and received a full scholarship at Florida International University where she completed her undergraduate studies in Business Management specializing in Finance in 2011. She returned back to school to pursue her dream career in Medicine and graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University in December 2021. She was part of the leadership committee for her class and served as the Diversity chair. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is committed to patient care and her clinical interest includes patient education, health and lifestyle promotion and disease prevention and management.
Victoria Murias, PA-C is a Certified Physician Associate (PA) who has been a member of the Martin Medical Center team for over 4 years. She graduated with a Masters in Physician Associate Studies from Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University in 2018 and thoroughly trained under Dr. Yanelis Martin, MD, her mentor in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. She authored the graduate school thesis titled, “Factors Affecting Fertility in Men with Type II Diabetes.” Victoria has also mentored and precepted many PA students interested in Endocrinology as they have completed their PA school curriculum. She has a huge passion for helping her patients and loves the face-to-face interaction the field of endocrinology allows. Mrs. Murias also has over a year of experience providing patient care via Telemedicine. Working alongside Dr. Martin, Victoria hopes to provide you, our patients, the highest level of attention and care possible. Also, Victoria Murias, PA-C is fluent in both English and Spanish. Martin Medical Center is happy to have welcomed Natalie Sanchez, PA-C, as a member of the medical
team at Martin Medical Center. She received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from
Florida International University in 2016 and graduated with a Masters degree inPhysician Associate
Studies from the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at Florida International University in 2020.
During her Physician Associate studies at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, Mrs. Sanchez
received clinical training in Endocrinology at the North Miami Beach Community Health Center and
continued her intensive training in Endocrinology under Dr. Yanelis Martin, MD, after graduating with
her Master's degree. Mrs. Sanchez looks forward to building strong relationships with her patients and
their families while also providing the highest level of care with compassion and dedication. Mrs. Sanchez is
also fluent in both English and Spanish.
